Overview

As part of the domain hosting service that we provide free of charge, we'll host your domain's DNS.

This is mainly to ensure that you benefit from our server load balancing technology -- so that your site is always fast, no matter where your visitors are.

This also means that if you want to add extra DNS info such as DKIM, or SPF records, you'll need to add that info here, at Heroic.

Note: you must already have a custom domain connected to your Heroic account before the instructions in this article will work!

Adding DMARC, SPF, MX, TXT, CNAME or SRV record to your DNS settings

• Click Settings in the far left panel
• Click Site Settings
• Click Connect Domain
• In the DNS Settings section, you'll see different record types: MX, CNAME, TXT and SRV. Pick the one you need and click Add New Record button
• Enter the details of the record into the fields
